    An EV uses one battery to travel 200,000 km.
    An ICE car uses ~20 tonnes of petrol to travel 200,000 km.

    For petrol or diesel - energy for
    Crude Oil extraction -> shipping to refinery -> refinery/distillation -> shipping to country bulk storage -> trucking to petrol stations -> petrol pump

    Lots of 'losses' from extraction to delivery to ICE fuel tank!
