My understanding of this announcement is that in 2024 Imugene
have approval to do a pivotal trial with an FDA approved
manufacturing process to create "their own commercial product"
which presumably does not need input from any other company.
They would be foolish to proceed this without FDA approval and
this is why no mistakes in their progress have been made so far.
And Azercel (as has been mentioned before) were in discussion with
interested parties before Imugene acquired them, so I think this
would be interesting than it was before.
