Discussions/ Negotiations with long term spherical graphite "big players " should really like this long term up to 13 year loan ( albeit conditional ) and respond to this with further substantive Agreements .
US Govt committing ( conditionally) to part of the heavy lifting at Balama ---is a huge underpinning of confidence . Notice the time that the "process"has taken ---and the numerous potholes that have beset ( and continue to occur) at Balama . Bit like saying ....despite these ..the US Govt NEEDS US TO SUCCEED , and has our back !
