Agree. I think a full refund for the business portion at least is the minimum the company needs to do. That won't get to the media though.
But, why put "Vietnam veteran" in the headlines? It sells. He's a digger, so he's afforded that respect which is odd because the poor bloke would have copped crap and been called a baby-killer when he got home 50 years ago.
