Howie has been a big part of botnaix progress, especially during the process of acquiring and advancing Szb toward FDA.
Howie and vince been good business partners for more than a decade
how does howie make a decent return if they sell the company post FDA approval ???
he cant buy shares on the open market, he wouldnt have many employee shares.
so make him ceo, get him his 30m shares that way
not to say he is not a worthy ceo or hasnt earnt it, but imo moves to date suggest sale is liekly event coming
