I would find it hard to believe that there would be a capital raising done at half a cent considering the last month it has traded at or below 4/10. It would have to go at a discount. I haven't been in this stock long but what happened today is not a good look for the company if someone does know something - there would have to be an investigation IMO of the company and its controls. Its ridiculous, reminds me of FAR where the release was in French and it took the company a day to translate, meanwhile others translated it on its release and made money on it.
