Seriously, the 44 cents is probably the best offer they had. For a company that promised so much (and even today they are doing cartwheels about what they allegedly have) the SP has gone backwards. Even The BOT is shattered.
I feel for all these long term holders, especially those who bought in last cap raise at $1.30+
I bet James Graham will ensure he has business class trips everywhere for the next 2 years tho.
