Good news for all holders, lower registry costs and probably 3 million less shares on issue assuming a 90% take up rate.
Appreciate CVN is in the oil and gas business, but CVN and management are also in the capital management business, I'd like to see CVN have a larger buyback now, and if Dorado gets the nod then they can just issue shares at 30cents should reserves based lending not be adequate to plug any funding gap.
