    More real than which other hopeful? JZ has been realistic throughout a pretty challenging environment while others have and are still promising golden geese. Timeline? Better than most. Delivery? It's coming and if the slip is a deal breaker for you then it might be expectations that disappoint.

    It's happening a little late and a little under budget but it's happening.
