Strange - my reading of the MOU states clearly that there is a period of exclusivity with SuMiMi that ends at the end of Q4. Furthermore, the MOU permits Ardea to continue negotiations with other parties (that have commenced DD) during the period of exclusivity.
The resource is not locked down by the MOU …. Not simples.LME 2027 (start up for the purpose of economics in PFS is 2028) Ni futures is US$25,000. Why do you see this as inflated??
