Pretty typical for founders/existing management to want to free up some cash for their own lifestyle once transfer restrictions ease, typically a couple years post-IPO. They each still retain 9.7% of company, with "no intention to sell in the medium term". Seems like a good buying opportunity to me. Only just came across this stock through filtering last week and really like the look of it. I plan to get in with this pull back.
