Seems like great news for shareholders like us. The board and our largest shareholder with assistance of their advisers are guiding us through the wilderness towards the light. Just relax and sleep well tonight.
We may well see turbulence in our share price in the next short period, but any serious shorting will likely be met with more buying from Hancock imo.
It is pure speculation on my part but reading between the lines of the announcement I think we might see a private placement to Hancock to meet any identified shortfall in our capex requirements. Price for the issue??? My guess is $3.00 per share if it happens.
