Quite possible. STX took the wrong option with the four month timeframe, opens the doors to interference and also makes them vulnerable to a rival offer. Nothing clever about the TO, bland, vanilla, no creativity. Pushing down STX pushes down TPD too. Still think the poor handling of Walyering is a big factor, there is zero upwards pressure on the SP. They are going to need something pretty special out of SE2 to shake this up, I don't see it.
