They need to lower the ratio of DVP to ESS shares to make it attractive to ESS shareholders. DVP share price has collapsed since the scheme was introduced so the obvious step

DVP needs to offer more shares to compensate for its disintegration.

it is simple. Iam interested in real value, so far not impressed by DVP performance.

I guess you are a DVP shareholder?
