From OSX's POV having two JV's is not an issue - if anything that would be great. Good for the company and inherently good for us.
But I'm thinking from a Cell Heal POV - will that venture be happy about this MOU ? Noting there is another venture challenging them with a possible investor already showing potential, is it worth it for them to partner with OSX ? Will they now differ their plan ? - down to their business plan.
I think it is down to Cell Heal here - end of the day if they get into an agreement it is them who needs to find that investor to raise the quoted $ 10 mn.
Speculating: Maybe that's why it got pushed to the end of October, that could fall apart. Hope not though, we could do with all such ventures.
