Can't agree with your assessment on the gold price making no difference.
Jake Klein - ASX:EVN - is probably the sharpest operator in the Australian gold space.
No offence to current management - ha ha!
Have a look at Jake's current Diggers and Dealers presentation (Youtube). Formerly, he rarely made a case on the outlook of the gold price.
Here, he goes into multiple reasons why he is bullish.
Explorers with 1 million ounces up - let alone near 2 million ounces - should do very well in my opinion.
