ppm is parts per million.
g/t is grams per tonne.
Both units of measure are interchangeable. The both refer to the same % of a rockmass that is being measured. In talking about assays, you can use either, but it is normally best practice to use all ppm's or all g/t's in any announcement.
They are the same amounts, but stated in 2 different ways.
10,000 ppm is also 1%. ppm and g/t are just easier ways to state 1/10,000 of a percent.
