The last disclosure of major shareholders was in May (German filed prospectus) and it showed no notable changes in the sub holdings here except recalcs from the effects of prior dilution (after Stellantis took an 8% chunk in June of 2022):
The only sub notices filed since relate to dilutions from the swiftly subscribed $109m institutional & sophs placement completed in May. So it seems to be panic pants public float holders who have been selling down small parcels, and not VUL’s cornerstone holders who are sitting tight as we gallop towards first LEOP production & major financing announcements to come.
