yeah but if you look at say Reata they had a SP of 28 at the start of year and after acquisition 170.
So yeah their markup from day before acquisition is 2x but it is about 6x from start of year.
So if IMU was acquired for 50-100% over their closing price there be a run up over the previous 1-2 years towsrd a steady climb till a few bill market cap - then next day 10Bill or whatever
