I just wonder how man share one would need to buy to force a stock swap.
The Management (Wedin/Rezos), a major Customer (Stellantis), the dept financing Partner (BNP) are holding accumulated more than 25%. They are, I hope, in it for the long run, therefore a takeover is maybe unlikely. I am just curious what it would take.
Something similar to the nobian-Deal would be great, a big projectlevel-chunk to a Drilling company may derisk things a lot.
Below 1 is absolutely possible. Lithium demand could be below supply in 2026, sure. Vulcan itself predicts a huge li price drop in the DFS.
In that time we could build more li-ready geothermal heating without li extraction, it should pay for itself, and sell into the Offtaker agreements that are in place. For the long run we should be really fine, for the short, meh, maybe not so much.
To me the only questions are if the Sorbens is Al2(OH)3 and wether it really works, I can not find any source of realworld data, only a lot of positive small scale Papers. And why they dont get the KIT and EnBW involved.
By the way, is there some news in that 1year old article behind the paywall or did it just fit so nice to "Disaster waiting to Happen"?
