    "Bell Potter Securities Limited acted as Sole Lead Manager in respect of the Placement."

    Bell Potter did the 30m raise in Feb 2021. Who knows if they do another raise, but there is usually a reason for a site visit. You could argue that they are just furthering their coverage.
