The point is still that the timing of this disturbance is pretty crummy.

I have been an investor for the ride down and up and I know there have been some less than stellar decisions on capital management but the underlying plan did actually work and the company survived COVID which is more than can be said for some companies. They also did not take on debt. That plan came from people who new the US and reimbursement landscape intimately.
If these parties were so concerned, they should have been more proactive when we were raising capital down at sub-4c. As soon as the company got any momentum (partly fueled by the recent cap raise) and showed signs of profitability, they chose to make a move that derailed the progress. There are smarter ways to get directors onto a board IMO.
