I gave you the manipulation definition in the link to investopedia. Share price manipulation is a separate issue to announcement manipulation.
I have no idea if anyone is actually manipulating the price and no idea how to find out who it would be, but the conditions are there and the trades and chart show a consistent pattern that the price is being manipulated. Please read the link.
