Hi Stirer,
No WKT tried to raise $34mil, yet only made the minimum requirement after the ASX granted and extension for the prospectus, It would have failed if Peter didn't provide the last $400k that was required.
But if you think securing 50% of the funds that the company required is success, you only reinforce the view that you are over invested in WKT.
BTW, you might want to check the prospectus to see how much funds WKT claimed they required to complete the project, then look at the latest announcement that detailed a significant capex blow out.
