What I like about this company is it's emerging status as a mid-tier producer. It now has large known reserves of a commodity which is in great demand and the potential for more acquisitions in the area.
It is already producing and monetising that resource and has the means and plans in place to ramp up export production very quickly.
This combined with the fantastic financing and offtake deal with edf tells me this company is the real deal. Risk is now significantly diminished. It's a case of one step after the other to achieve real wealth.
Yes, there are a lot of shares on issue, but as others have pointed out, instos are likely to take an increasing share of the issued capital, making the register more stable and hence decreasing liquidity. The Bee will also have a quarter share, which is a large chunk.
I agree CCC has virtually overnight become a 'no-brainer'.
