Why would you move to corporate offices in the city from your run down 'house office' if the FID wasn't already a given - otherwise you'd stay in the house milking the salaries of us shareholders for as long as possible and then knock the FID on the head. This is going places, its time to shine just isn't as fast as we all want it to be.. safe jurisdictions come with process and regulation and having a professional corporate image and premises ties into closing out another milestone in moving from a minor to moderate player.
