Gain above 5% means she will be able to get a seat on LTR's board and she'll be able to see internal financial reports without proposing an acquisition for due diligence.
If she obtains above 10%, she may wanna take further action (if she thinks the deal is way too cheap).
Worse case, she will earn the 2c and be gone. No harm at all I guess?
unless ALB had done the due diligence and decided not to proceed further...
