I imagine the deal will be at 12 ish as this was negotiated some time ago. Orica and the other GSA likely to be higher, perhaps at he 13-15 range, but Orica for example may only pay 12 if they also stump up 25-30 m upfront for development
Remembering that at 12 , valuation is approx 42c and jumps about 5c per 1 dollar extra gas price secured
