JC i don't hold the concerns you have regarding asbestos so i prefer to post here. imo this will be a test for Brady,if successful with the approx $400m acquisition which imo is not a sml acquisition will it be absorbed by tls purple never to be seen or heard of again.? Or will Brady start the process and use the acquisition to build on and develop a real agile IT co and leave tls pruple to service the mass riff raff. Tls has made some excellent IT acquisitions but then u never hear about them again,either the funding members or ambitious talented IT people leave because they feel lost in tls purple.
Example i hold SXE ,they make acquisitions and constantly refer to contracts won by the various acquisitions.Imo add this to the way MQA reports on each division and that is what Brady must do imo.
As posted many times,tls has invested $1.5 billion in a major city business fibre network,now to compete with vocus,DTL etc they need to support this network with a much more capable IT crew where each feels the IT co forefills their ambition. Tls bought a UK IT co but when taken over by tls u never hear about it etc. Tls purple is like a black hole. gltahs and Brady better earn her pay.
