Yes, once access is granted and drilling actually commences, should see a reasonable re-rate. My understanding is that securing a drilling contractor was never the issue, but rather the private access which remains outstanding. Just need 'consultation well progressed' to evolve into 'access granted, drilling to commence on <date>'.
