If it is $4m at 0.75c ( I'm assuming the offers are already being sent out) then I would be okay with that. Its not significantly dilutive, in fact it seems designed to keep the register tightish. I'd be surprised it it trades under 80c when the TH is lifted. Still reckon the stock price could easily have a $ sign in front of it by end of year. I note also in previous announcement they will continue the exploration over the Canadian winter so regular flow of news without long seasonal breaks.
