I do not think anyone takes these sanctions seriously given that we have acted like "Arthur or Martha" on them - whatever has suited us.
We will likely see the Russkies and DPRK carry on carrying on - likely cheap and effective weapons provided quickly by DPRK and grain and some "Hi Tech" for the DPRK and life will go on. This is a very important relationship developing - be interesting to see who else becomes involved and to what extent.
