You realise "wealth" isn't a finite thing? People are continually creating new wealth, just because someone has significant wealth, that isn't taking wealth from someone else.
The whole idea of wealth NEEDING to be shared is pathetic and can only lead to a less wealthy society overall, when you start taking from one group to give free money to another, you disincentivise that group from creating their own wealth = eventually the country fails as we've seen in every socialist country in history
