Terry Stinson and the Board of Talga engaged in FRAUD and Insider trading.
They like you know who I am. I have even peovided their lawyers my specific details..
I have even advised their lawyers how draft a legal complaint againt me. Including correctly addressing documents which seems deyond the cheap dog shit lawyers they hired.
I'm 100% right. The Board of Talga Group lead by Terry Stinson have engaged in Fraud and violattions of Company Law. That is a fact and prosecutable in law.
The fantasy around the AGM was designed to enable insiders to dump.their shares.
@Zoulou @Gero and @cat dog posted that permits were due in November 2021.
I.told them directly through Personal Correspondence. They were making fraudulent posts . Yet they did it.
Then they attend a private AGM which contravenes the law.
I guess you must have sold your shares alongside Gero and others.
