I think buying is met with huge skepticism here because there is these small little pumps up a couple of pips every month and it leads no where and they are never based on a catalyst or event.
Its probably Redleaf and all the other manipulators pumping it up so they can dump their cheapies into retail.
Victory laps are conducted and then it ends in tears when it starts dumping again 3 days later
