Told ya @PhilWaite ! Sue is the disgruntled one on ASIC's list of dodgy directors. There was also an article where she spoke to SBS and bad mouthed Nuix, surely she's fireselling of her holdings, classy Bi*ch!
There's much more happening in the boardroom than just a plain resignation by Sue. She was surely forced to leave! Easier for ASIC to penalise her, without the veil of Nuix.
