I believe some ex USA admiral is due this month to deliver a mini white paper, recommendations on Australian navy force structure or something similar.
‘I’m hoping it includes a recommendation for different tiers of ships, ie some scope for small inexpensive third tier ships, ie patrol craft or light corvettes, something asb is extremely well positioned for. Imo.
