they’re basically selling themselves 2,000,000,000 shares for $800,000. With a get out of jail free coupon if it all turns to sh!t with the icing being they also get rewarded $200,000 and their money back.
they are paying $0.0004 per share. Which is less than half the most recently traded share price. It will also dilute the existing SOI by another 27% at the same time as granting that new share of the company to the directors.
