Totally understand @DjohnR however usually these things resolve, provided the new nominees get up. There will be a fresh burst of energy and direction. I suspect the staff are used to living in fear because that is how the current BOD operate as you have highlighted - it seems to be their modus operandi. And water only falls one way - from the top down. We heard the fear mongering yet again on the webinar today.
