Setting price targets is too hard. 15% rally from current levels over three months isn't exactly unachievable. Anything could happen - china puts on huge stimulus - russia peace agreement - markets being flooded with oil - inflation unexpectedly plummets...At this stage the whole market is just one massive USD trade.
