it's funny people are discussing 30 tpa now, and whether July is included or not. If production was up to plans, should't we be producing 150 or so per month? If AGY was producing full steam we would have seen an announcement already that says so. So in my opinion it is fair to say they didn't produce much to really reach 2000tpa.

All starting companies have start up problems, so production may reach expectations at any time in the future, or they never will, who knows. But nothing in this announcement seems to suggest much has changed in their underperformance...
