Under the deal made with MXR, what is the position if Beacon loses interest in MXR and wants to sell out its holding in MXR?
Beacon bought into MXR at AU$4.2 cents, so if it sold, that would be at a loss if MXR's shares continued to be stuck down at AU$3.0 cents or go even lower after MXR's diminishing cash reserves are exhausted and assuming that no value adding discoveries are made by it.
Is there any obligation on Beacon to offer to resell Beacon's interest in MXR back to MXR at the prevailing market price before Beacon could sell
elsewhere (MXR having the right of first refusal)?
