I said this months ago, and I stand by it:

They are in commissioning. The intent of that is NOT to simply produce as much as possible…
I would not have been surprised one single bit if the monthly tonnages fluctuate up AND down significantly during commissioning. Nothing to be concerned about at all, in my experience.


I also said this, and stand by that too:

Imo it is absolutely disingenuous to be criticising the company for not providing more details of the specific commissioning process and outputs - can you provide any examples of companies that have provided such information? Point me to one other company that has provided monthly updates on project construction and commissioning... That was my key point - nonsense criticism based on unrealistic expectations, imo.



The various armchair experts don’t seem to comprehend that the operation is in the middle of nowhere and it could EASILY take weeks to simply source a new item of plant or equipment that has failed/ been damaged / needs upgrading etc, and that this could EASILY halt “production” for a considerable period. Same goes for reconfiguration and modification.
I often wonder how much work the haters have actually done on/with remote mine sites? I’d guess ZERO.
