    Reviewing the hotel sales going through many have held their value when compared to 31/12/09 valuations.This is an encouraging sign for the industry.For instance Redcape sold the aussie Inn hotel in May 10 for the stated 31/12/09 value which was $9 million.NLG has good assets that the likes of woolworths and coles would want.
