The attorneys down there do not seem to know what conflicts, ethical standards and corrupt conduct can be caused by in either fact or appearance.
perhaps improper and inappropriate conflicts, poor ethical standards and corrupt conduct are so endemic and everyone is so conflicted, Australia appears to have systemic misconduct issues in its business practises.
Qantas must be a symptom of the underlying problem in Australian society and it is Australian society itself that needs to be corrected.
With your entry level 5 bed house in a mass affluent suburb of Sydney costing $5 million AUD, this is probably a symptom of people having had it too good for too long, Qantas is probably the purveyor of the poor behavior and not the initiator of it.
