    building slowly and nicely here.

    get past 15-16.5c here on updates, etc with higher incoming volumes, then we will move very quickly.

    also hate seeing gaps on the chart...38c still there from run up from 20c when that vendor was selling their escrow to hit a high of 42c and retrace to where we are now.
