Its very frustrating I know but try not to let it dissuade you - I think what you are seeing here is some on going selling "into the strength of the EQR announcements"
Once the sellers are finished, in come the savvy buyers and hopefully keep pushing it up
As far as small instos go, I dont think there is any doubt that a few of them have EQR on their watch list, but they have to buy on-market very very incrementally as they wont want to push it too hard
