Hey Guys/Girls I sit here reading, listening and pondering about Beacon's being stuck in the dreadful penny stock scenario, instead of a massive consolidation that reduces our own personnel share holding (which I'm not in favour off, been burnt before) then what about a massive share buy back instead of say $20mil @0.025 = 800000000 shares bought back (if that's how works ?), would that help the situation and reduce shares on issue and improve SP or am I barking up the wrong tree ? I honestly have no idea as these ideas pop into my head as I'm just a novice uneducated share holder waiting for the SP to appreciate and retire. Surely as the directors are heavy in the skin they wouldn't want to consolidate either and loose all those shares. So would a massive buy back by reducing the shares on issue work instead ?
