Maybe, I;m happy for buybacks at this level TOT & HPI trailing yields & cash returns all at a 25% discount would suggest conditions get A LOT worse before they need to drastically slash the dividend, if they do get that bad I’d suggest holding TGP (essentially property & cash -especially knowing TP”s 40% personal interests is so aligned} won’t look as bad an option as the vast majority of the ASX
