Maybe then use this process based on your thematic :
Create a 3 way partnership with MEK ,GBR and OAU , get the Andy well mill back up and running , high grade the ore in respective company pits , through the mill . use the base of the pits at 100 M below surface to drill down for underground ore determine the best targets and then go UG .
